The application does not load advertising analytics or third-party cookies. Cloudflare processes requests for DNS, delivery and security. Server requests may be processed by the hosting provider. Admin login uses an essential, HttpOnly session cookie. External YouTube links open YouTube and its privacy policy applies. No embeds load automatically.
The operator has confirmed successful email receipt and monitoring of admin@mineconnect.site. Cloudflare Email Routing and Google process correspondence. Public self-service application forms remain closed pending privacy and moderation approval. Minimize personal information; do not send identity documents. Email retention and international-transfer terms require operator/legal review. If the operator enables application intake, submissions collect a contact email, request text and optional official channel/server link. They are stored on the operator’s server for moderation. Do not submit private keys, passwords or sensitive personal data. The proposed retention is 90 days for closed requests, subject to legal approval; deletion tooling is available to the operator.
Rights requests include access, correction, deletion, objection and complaints to the relevant supervisory authority. The controller identity, processor list, lawful bases, retention schedule, international transfers, backup handling and rights contact are launch blockers.
